Today I made a quest to get Internet at home. Here is what happened:
1. I get a flier in the mail saying $35/month TV & Internet call this 1.800 number.
2. I call the 1.800 number and the guy tells me to go to comcast.com for the deal
-I tell him that the flier should say to go online and he told me it doesn't say that because he has to try to sell me more stuff.
3. I take the bus to Starbucks to get online and go to comcast.com The website does not have the deal. So instead I pick the cheapest Internet deal and the cheapest TV deal ($53/month). Then a LIVE chat agent says that I have to already be a current TV comcast customer to get the Internet deal. I tell the LIVE chat agent that I just want the $35/month deal for both.
The LIVE chat agent says that I have to go to my nearest comcast store in order to get that deal.

Hey Adge,
I have a story to share with you about buying and attempting to exchange a mattress. Thiry days -- no problem. But, they forget to tell you about the 15% restocking fee, and another $65.00 delivery fee. So, I told them I would never shop in their store again, and they waived both charges.
Adge,
I had an experience last week I would like to share. I purchased a mattress and box spring. They said I had 30 days to exchange iot -- no problem. What they forgot to mention was the 15% restocking fee, and the additional $65.00 delivery fee. I told them that I would never shop in their store again, and they suddenly waived both fees! Gues you just have to ask the right person!
